With a reputation built on a dedication and love of photography our aim is to provide clients with the highest standard of photography and service we can.
Our 1000 plus square foot West London studio is equipped with state of the art digital capture equipment. Images are sent direct from the camera to the main workstation where captured images are viewed on a colour calibrated CRT screen. Captured images can also be emailed direct to the client for approval removing the need for a busy client wasting valuable time waiting around the studio between shots while lighting or set changes are made.
Images are captured as 16 bit hdr files and converted using dedicated software ready to be supplied as web ready (72 dpi rgb) or print (300 dpi cmyk) files.
Images can be supplied in various formats dependant on use and it is important we are given us as much information as possible before we start the shooting process. This way we can ensure the end result is the best possible. Once all the images have been captured files can be supplied direct to the client on CD or up loaded directly on to the Intelligent Image Content Management System.

With the latest advances in technology it is now more cost effective than ever to have images retouched and manipulated. Things that were impossible only a few years ago are now commonplace. Intelligent Image has over 20 years experience in manipulating images more than 10 of which have been with the aid of computers.
Whether a simple cut out or a complex special effect, a small tone or colour adjustment or an elaborate composite, most images will benefit from the hand of an experienced retoucher. Maybe the product supplied for photography was just a prototype and amendments are being made to the final production run. With retouching we can save valuable time by adding the amendments to your picture enabling the brochure to be printed and the marketing underway before the final products have even been manufactured.

How many times have you been looking through a catalogue and seen images used that look pixilated, difficult to see any detail and with flat dull colours. Or you try looking at products on line and have to wait what seems like a lifetime for images to download into your browser.
The chances are the wrong type of image file has been used in each case.
The specification for an image to be used on a typical web site is 105 pixels x 150 pixels with a resolution of 72 dpi and using rgb colours (red, green and blue). This image will have a file size of 46 kb.
The same image reproduced in a printed brochure or magazine has a very different specification. To produce an image 105mm x 150mm (1/4 page A4), the resolution must be at least 300 dpi and set up with cmyk colours (cyan, magenta, yellow and black). This image will have a file size of 8.4 Mb.
As you can see the web based image has a much smaller file size and is approximately twenty times smaller than the file required for litho printing.
The Intelligent Solution The Intelligent Image Content Management solution creates an on line secure password protected catalogue, available 24 hours a day 7 days a week for downloading. The catalogue holds both web and print ready versions of all your images. The site can be expanded to cover additional media such as logos, sales presentations, press releases and brand guidelines any of which can be made available to as few or as many people as necessary, internal or external.
